Byram Healthcare Centers, Greenwich, Conn., has acquired Medical Home Supply, Denver. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. MHS, a provider of disposable medical supplies to home patients in Colorado, has about $2.5 million in annual revenues.
Byram, which currently has distribution centers in Massachusetts, Indiana, New Jersey and Florida, is a privately held company that specializes in products for treatment and care in ostomy, diabetes, urology/incontinence and wound care.
The Med Group, Lubbock, Texas, has added three new members to its roster. Newsome Medical, San Diego, and Homecare Concepts, Farmingdale, N.Y., joined as independent purchasing network members. MaxMed, Colorado Springs, Colo., joined as an independent full-service member. The Med Group is a nationwide network of independent home medical equipment, supplies and services providers.
