The VGM Group, Waterloo, Iowa, managed care division, Homelink, has signed new contracts with Intercare Insurance Services, Sacramento, Calif.; Trustmark Health Resources, Lake Forest, Ill.; Liberty Northwest, Portland, Ore.; and Multiplan, New York City. Homelink has 4,500 members in the United States and Puerto Rico.

Option Care, Bannockburn, Ill., has reached agreement with Healtheon Corp. to use its Healtheon Practice, an Internet-based claims-processing system, for the 145 Option Care-owned and franchised offices.

Merriam-Graves, West Springfield, Mass., has acquired Minuteman Pulmonary Medical Equipment, Agawam, Mass. Merriam-Graves provides home care respiratory services and medical products throughout New England, while Minuteman provides the same to Springfield and Holyoke, Mass. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
