Flagship Healthcare, Miami Lakes, Fla., has acquired MedChoice Pharmacy and Infusion Services, with offices in Cooper City and Tampa, Fla. The acquisition will increase Flagship's annual revenue to $115 million, officials said. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

New York Health Care, Brooklyn, has acquired a Staff Builders location in Hackensack, N.J. It has annual revenue of about $300,000 and provides home care services in northern New Jersey. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Home Care Supply, Beaumont, Texas, has acquired The Infusion Network of Louisiana, Baton Rouge, with operations in New Orleans and Lafayette, La. The Infusion Network had 1998 revenue of $3 million. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
