Datex-Ohmeda, Louisville, Colo., and its Ohmeda Medical division have reached an agreement with Chromatics Color Sciences International, New York City, to sell, market and distribute Chromatics' Colormate TLc-BiliTest System, which monitors infant jaundice, to home health care, hospital and pediatrician markets.
Procter & Gamble, Cincinnati, is selling its Attends adult incontinence business to La Verne, Calif.-based Paper-Pak Products. The transaction is subject to Paper-Pak's completion of financing. Terms were not disclosed.
Fastrack Healthcare Systems, Plainview, N.Y., has agreed to allow Pharmaceutical Buyers Inc., Boulder, Colo., to distribute its line of home health care software solutions. Under the deal, PBI will provide the software as part of the support services it offers its 2,000-member network.
In other news, Fastrack was selected by Irvine, Calif.-based Sage Software to be a certified reseller of Sage's MAS 90 Series of advanced accounting solutions.
ResMed Inc., San Diego, has reached an agreement with Critical Care Concepts, Norcross, Ga., to distribute ResMed's continuous positive airway pressure and ventilatory assist flow generators, masks and accessories to hospitals.
Invacare Corp., Elyria, Ohio, began trading its common shares on the New York Stock Exchange in June. The company moved from the Nasdaq market "to achieve broader market visibility for its common shares and to achieve more efficient pricing and improved liquidity," officials said.
The company celebrated the move with a basketball demonstration outside the stock exchange featuring the Dallas Wheelchair Mavericks of the National Wheelchair Basketball Association. Also featured was a performance by Van Gogh, a rock band whose members use wheelchairs.
