Apria Healthcare Group,

Costa Mesa, Calif., has signed a preferred provider agreement with Olsten Health Services, Melville, N.Y., for home medical equipment and respiratory therapy. Apria will offer products to clients of Olsten's network management division, which includes more than 60 PPOs, health maintenance organizations and integrated delivery systems with more than 10 million members, said Al Perry, senior vice president of the network management division.

In Home Health, Minnetonka, Minn., has acquired six home health agencies in Colorado and Wisconsin. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but officials noted that combined revenues of the six agencies were $10 million.

Interwest Home Medical, Salt Lake City, has purchased the Denver home oxygen and medical equipment business and assets of Dallas-based HealthCor Holdings. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
