I-Flow, Lake Forest, Calif., reported a 573 percent increase in earnings for the second quarter on what officials said were strong sales and earnings momentum that began last year. The company earned $895,000, or 6 cents a share, on record revenue of $7.3 million, compared with $133,000, or 1 cent a share, for the same period a year ago on revenue of $5.9 million. This year's results included licensing fees of $800,000. For six months, income was $1.4 million, or 10 cents a share, compared with a loss of $14,000, or 0 cents a share, for the same period a year ago.
