The Web hasn't snared everyone, especially when it comes to home health care. Plenty of home health managers do not have access to the Internet, according to a survey by Cut to the Chase Inc., a World Wide Web site that provides health care management information. In a survey of more than 1,000 respondents, only 57 percent of home health care managers said they have Web access at work. That compares with 76 percent of their colleagues in acute care settings and 73 percent in medical practice settings.

Forty-three percent of home health care managers said they can access the Web from home only.
