Graham Field Health Products filed a motion with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court to relocate its corporate headquarters and distribution facility to Atlanta. The company expects the move, if allowed, to be completed by mid-April.

"This move is intended to realize substantial cost savings through a planned push to achieve greater efficiencies throughout the organization, with our goal being improved service for our customers," said David Hilton, Graham Field chief executive officer.
