Jenuleson Takes Over as Acting CEO of Allied Healthcare Products
St. Louis Allied Healthcare Products named chief financial officer Thomas Jenuleson acting chief executive officer while it seeks a permanent replacement for president and chief executive officer Uma Nandan Aggarwal, who resigned July 28 to pursue other interests, according to the company.
Jenuleson joined Allied in March after serving as vice president-finance of Metal Container Corp., a subsidiary of St. Louis-based Anheuser-Busch.
Allied has had a troubled year, including the death in March of its chairman, Dennis Sheehan. For its third quarter, ended March 31, Allied reported a loss of $200,000, compared with a profit of $200,000 for the same period a year earlier.
A recall of oxygen regulators and the relocation of a unit affected results, officials said. -K.G.
