Clearwater, Fla. -- Mercury Medical has acquired Sacramento, Calif.-based Piper Medical Products, manufacturer of EZflow and EZflow Max continuous nebulizers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Piper acquisition will expand Mercury's current product offering base and further strengthen its position as a manufacturer of airway management equipment, officials said.
