Pritpal Virdee has been named president and chief operating officer of Infu-Tech Inc., an Englewood Cliffs, N.J.-based home infusion and specialty pharmaceuticals provider. Virdee had been vice president since 1993. Former president Jack Rosen remains chairman and chief executive officer.

Daina Pitzenberger has joined the International Center for Entrepreneurial Development, Cypress, Texas, as vice president for the Women's Health Boutique Franchise System.

James McNeill has been named chief financial officer of Pediatric Services of America, Norcross, Ga. Formerly chief accounting officer, McNeill replaces Stephen Mengert, who resigned to pursue other interests.

Terry Leapaldt has been named regional vice president for the Southeast region at Home Care Supply, Beaumont, Texas.
