Wayne Bazzle, chairman and chief executive officer of Dallas-based HealthCor Holdings, and Cheryl Bazzle, president and chief operating officer, have resigned. Chief financial officer Michael Ayres has been named acting CEO.

Also, HealthCor has hired Victor Palmieri of the Palmieri Company to help assess HealthCor's business plans and financial viability.

Michael Iarocci

has been named vice president and chief operating officer of Denmarks Home Medical Equipment, New Bedford, Mass. Iarocci was previously vice president of sales.

In addition, following the death of Christopher Denmark, former president and chief executive officer, ownership of the company has been transferred to his wife, Susan Denmark.
