James Liken and J. Paul Yokubinas have been appointed to the board of directors of Respironics Inc., the Pittsburgh-based manufacturer of home medical equipment.

Stephen McCoy has been promoted to president and chief operating officer of Homecare America, Farmingdale, N.Y. McCoy was formerly executive vice president. Former president Vincent Baratta remains as chairman and chief executive officer.

Elia Guarneri has been named chief financial officer of Community Care, Mount Vernon, N.Y.

Jim Hall has joined Simione Central Holdings, an Atlanta-based manufacturer of health care information systems, as senior vice president of sales and marketing.
