Steven Griff, president and founder of Home Care Information Systems, a Bloomfield, N.J.-based home medical equipment software provider, has resigned. Company officials said a successor has not been named.

Larry Graham has been promoted to chiev operating officer of Baton Rough, La.-based Amedisys Inc. He had been senior vice president of operations.

Marilyn O'Hara has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer of American HomePatient, Brentwood. Tenn. She replaced Mary Ellen Rodgers, who has left the company to pursue other interests, but serves it as a consultant. A certified public accountant, O'Hara has been a senior manager at several health care companies. She will focus on accounts-receivable management.
