Karen Moore and Michael Barish have formed AnCor Healthcare Consulting, a Coral Springs, Fla.-based company specializing in billing and collection procedures. Formerly with Pittsburgh-based MCS Management Services Division, Moore and Barish will provide accounts receivable and operational evaluations, interim management of home care business offices, and software training.

Alexandra Zaporozec was named vice president of marketing for Cimtek Commerce, Johnson City, Tenn.
