Tony Domenico has been promoted to the new position of chief operating officer for Perigon Medical Distribution Corp., Laguna Hills, Calif. Domenico, formerly senior vice president of sales and operations, will oversee the daily operations of the company's 12 branch offices, in addition to continuing his previous responsibilities in sales and vendor relations.

Joseph Kennedy, Arnold Pollard and Allen Salmasi have been named to the advisory board of Smartmeds.com, the Web site of Carlstadt, N.J.-based Infu-Tech Inc. Kennedy is a former U.S. congressman and president of Citizens Energy Corp. Pollard is president and chief executive officer of the Chief Executive Group. Gail Wilensky, Ph.D, has been named to the board of directors of Melville, N.Y.-based Gentiva Health Services. An expert on health policy and financing issues, Wilensky is the John M. Olin Senior Fellow at Project HOPE, an international health foundation, and has testified numerous times before congressional committees.
