Amelia Wright has been appointed vice president and chief information officer for Matria Healthcare, Marietta, Ga. Wright will spearhead the information technology functions throughout the company.

Joseph Cozza, chief operating officer of respiratory therapy provider Beckett Healthcare, Philadelphia, was promoted to executive vice president.

Ted Markgren has replaced Russell Hornfisher as vice president of the Waterloo, Iowa-based Orthotic and Prosthetic Group of America.

Tom Mellor and Mike Stevens, formerly of Pacific Mobility, have opened Poway, Calif.-based Coastal Mobility. The company provides mobility products and ambulatory aids as well as vehicular and residential lifts.

J. Lawrence Wilson has joined the board of directors of Malvern, Pa.-based AmeriSource Health. Wilson, who formerly served as chairman and chief executive officer of specialty chemical manufacturer Rohm & Haas for 11 years before retiring in 1999, will also serve as a member of the company's audit committee.
