Julian Green has rejoined DuroMed Industries, Jesup, Ga., as vice president of sales. Before resigning in April, Green had served in the same capacity for 16 years.

Carol Kelly is the new executive vice president for health systems and federal legislative policy for the Health Industry Manufacturers Association, Washington. Kelly previously oversaw the development of legislation and policy for the Health Care Financing Administration.
