WHAT: Home Care University On-Line, a nonprofit affiliate of the National Association for Home Care, specializes in research and education for home care and hospice providers. Its recently launched Web site offers visitors a variety of information at the click of a mouse. Designed in an easy-to-read format with limited scrolling and many links, the site is for those seeking information about home care and hospice education, certification and accreditation programs available through the university.

In addition, the site offers online tutorials that enable enrollees to learn popular software applications, management skills, English as a second language and more. Through Home Care University, in cooperation with IBM, the courses are available to all NAHC members, their employees and families.-M.A.
