AAHomecare Elects New Board

WASHINGTON — During its annual Legislative Conference
March 16-17, the American Association for Homecare gave H.R.
1041 a running start but also took care of a little business of
its own, electing board members for the year.


Incoming officers include: Chairman, Joel Marx, CEO of Medical
Service Company, Cleveland; Vice Chair, Robert Steedley, president
of Barnes Healthcare Services, Valdosta, Ga.; and Treasurer, Alan
Landauer, chairman of Landauer Metropolitan, White Plains, N.Y.


At-large directors include: George Kucka, president of
Fairmeadows Home Health Center, Schererville, Ind.; Joseph Moffet,
senior vice president of sales, Philips Home Healthcare Solutions,
Monroeville, Pa.; Tom Ryan, president and CEO, Homecare Concepts,
Farmingdale, N.Y.; Lisa Getson, executive vice president of
government relations, Apria Healthcare Group, Lake Forest, Calif.;
Angelene Adler, vice president of operations, Care Medical &
Rehabilitation Equipment, Portland, Ore.; and Joel Baise, corporate
manager of government affairs, Walgreens Health Services,
Deerfield, Ill.
