Ninth Agreement for AHP

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. — American HomePatient has now entered
its ninth forbearance agreement with NexBank, SSB, the agent for
its senior debt. The string of agreements began on Aug. 1, 2009,
the date when AHP was due to repay a $226 million promissory note.
Under the latest agreement, the lenders may not take any action
against the company before April 16, 2010.
