Matrix Medical announces new hire
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Oct. 11. 2012—Matrix Medical Network has announced that Charles Kanach will serve as the company’s senior vice president (SVP) of industry relations. He will report to Matrix Medical Network CEO Randy Dobbs and work out of the company’s Scottsdale, Ariz., headquarters.

During his more than 25 years of health care industry experience, Mr. Kanach has served in leadership positions in a number of health care-focused companies. He has led a Medicare Advantage health plan, managed several health care businesses that provided services to national and regional plans, and has coordinated clinical operations for plans that use nurse practitioners to provide services in nursing facilities.
Most recently Kanach served as the SVP and executive director of Bravo Health, which was recently acquired by HealthSpring and CIGNA. He was responsible for the plan’s Mid-Atlantic Region financial and operational performance and also led the company’s national work with Institutional Special Needs Plans.
