LAS VEGAS (January 22, 2019)—Medtrade organizers reintroduced courses for continuing education units (CEUs) last year in Atlanta, and it was a popular decision. Thanks to the educational team at Quantum Rehab/Pride Mobility Products Corp, attendees at this year’s Medtrade Spring 2019 may again choose:
1) Clinically Speaking—A Practical Guide to Evaluation and Documentation for Power Seat Options, April 17, from 10 a.m. to noon, led by Julie Piriano PT, ATP/SMS, vice president, Clinical Education, Rehab Industry Affairs and Compliance Officer, Quantum Rehab / Pride Mobility Products Corp, Exeter, Pa.
OR
2) The Case for Wheels—Selecting the Clinically Appropriate Base, April 17, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., also led by Piriano.
Each class offers .20 CEUs. Both courses are free, but registration for the Expo at Medtrade Spring is required, in addition to registration with Pride Mobility / Quantum Rehab.
“The CEU classes were reintroduced at Medtrade last year,” said York Schwab, account executive. “Thanks to our fantastic partner Quantum Rehab, we were able to offer two free sessions that were almost full. We will be offering the same opportunity for our Medtrade Spring 2019 audience on Day Two of the show, which is scheduled for April 16–18, 2019, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. Providers who are actively involved in the provision of complex rehab technology [CRT], or are thinking about it, should consider attendance.”
