MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., Aug. 1, 2012—Ottobock announced the promotion of two employees, one in the area of mobility solutions and the other in finance. Matt Swiggum has been promoted to vice president of mobility solutions, U.S. HealthCare, where he will continue to support the rehab market. Kathy Schuerman has been promoted to executive director of finance for U.S. HealthCare. Both Swiggum and Schuerman have been added to Ottobock's Regional Management Team. Ottobock has more than 5,000 employees worldwide, and produces prosthetic and orthotic components, mobility and rehabilitation products.
