The conference will be held Monday, May 5 through Wednesday, May 7, 2025, in Dallas, Texas.
AGILE’s keynote speaker, Josh Linkner, is a two-time New York Times bestselling author and health care and biotech innovation expert. At the conference, Linkner intends to share his insights on thriving amid market volatility. Currently, Linkner is the managing partner and co-founder of Mudita Venture Partners, chairman and co-founder of Platypus Labs and a board of trustees member at Corewell Health. Linkner has been named Entrepreneur of the Year twice, received the United States Presidential Champion of Change award and founded five technology companies.
“This year's AGILE is designed to ignite passion, provide actionable insights and equip attendees with the tools they need to drive meaningful change and lead with purpose in their organizations," said Molly Casey, senior VP and chief of staff at Axxess. “AGILE has been a resounding success every year, and we are thrilled to bring even more innovation to the care-at-home industry.”
AGILE 2025 will include a comprehensive HOPE workshop, in which participants will be able to hear from expert speakers, engage in practical sessions and hold collaborative discussions on how to prepare for and navigate the upcoming implementation of HOPE, the new hospice assessment tool from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The assessment tool is set to replace the current CMS hospice data tool, hospice item set, on October 1, 2025, and will introduce new data elements for hospice organizations to report to CMS.
Additionally, Axxess announced that registration for AGILE is open at a discounted rate until Friday, Jan. 31.
