Winners to be announced at AGILE Conference in May

DALLAS—Finalists have been announced for the 2025 Axxess Growth, Innovation and Leadership Experience (AGILE) conference's Distinction Awards. This year more than 20 home health, hospice, palliative and homecare organizations are finalists across four categories. The finalist organizations represent Axxess clients who have achieved excellence in areas of growth, innovation, quality and compliance.

There are four AGILE Distinction Award categories:

  • The Horizon Expansion award recognizes organizations that have been able to grow their footprint to deliver care in the home. 
    • Finalists are: LHC Group, Interim – Great Lakes Health Partners, Crown Personal Agency, AccentCare, Carolina Caring and Allegiance Healthcare
  • The Growth and Innovation award highlights organizations that use technology and innovative approaches to grow their business. 
    • Finalists are: Hospice of the Western Reserve, Interim HealthCare of East Tennessee, Liberty Homecare & Hospice Services, United Energy Workers, PurposeCare, Addus, Mayfair Management, Alivia Care, Inc., Outreach Health and Interim HealthCare of San Jose
  • The Compliance and Quality Standards of Excellence awards each honor organizations that have processes in place to maintain high quality and compliance standards. 
    • The Quality Standards of Excellence Award finalists are: American River Healthcare, Liberty HomeCare & Hospice Services, TLC, Professional Home Care Associates, ABA Home Health Care, LaVida Bella, Campbell and Piggot Community Home Health, Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care, BeyondFaith Hospice, Hospice of Maui, Rainbow Community Care, HopeWest and Southern Ohio Medical Center Hospice - SOMC
    • The Compliance Standards of Excellence Award finalists are: BSA ComPassion Home Care, CSRA (Central Savannah River Authority), CNS Cares, BeyondFaith Hospice, Tillery Compassionate Care, Hosparus Health

Winners of the AGILE Distinction Awards will be announced during the AGILE conference in Dallas, May 5-7. Registration for AGILE is open.
