The companies look to transform compliance & workforce management in the homecare industry

NEW YORK—CareConnect, a provider of homecare artificial intelligence (AI), software and services, and Mobile Health, a provider of occupational health solutions, announced a strategic partnership aimed at transforming compliance and workforce management in the homecare industry.

The partnership will integrate CareConnect's applicant rracking, onboarding, compliance and shift matching technology with Mobile Health's occupational health services. Together, the companies said they will launch a comprehensive compliance platform designed to enhance caregiver recruitment, retention and operational efficiency for homecare providers nationwide.

"Our vision has always been to empower homecare agencies with smarter workforce solutions," said Matt McGinty, CEO of CareConnect. "Partnering with Mobile Health allows us to offer a fully integrated compliance ecosystem that not only supports regulatory requirements but also enhances caregiver engagement and efficiency. Agencies can lower acquisition costs, reduce onboarding costs, get new caregivers into shifts quicker, keep them compliant so caregivers don't churn and reduce audit fines. All with a higher level of white-glove service."

Initially the partnership will focus on the New York homecare market, but the companies plan to expand nationally, providing a solution for compliance tracking, health screening and record management. Through full system integration, homecare agencies can benefit from the offered automated compliance workflows, real-time caregiver status updates and a simplified process for ensuring workers are properly credentialed and medically cleared for assignments.

"This partnership represents a significant step forward in workforce compliance and health care access," said Todd Wolf, CEO of Mobile Health. "By combining our expertise, we are eliminating inefficiencies, optimizing our platform and operations and setting a new standard of service in the industry. All while making it easier for homecare providers to maintain compliance while ensuring that caregivers are always workforce-ready."

Overseeing the implementation of this partnership will be Michael Appel, senior vice president and general manager of Home Care at CareConnect.

"This collaboration is about more than just technology—it's about creating a seamless experience for caregivers and homecare agencies alike," said Appel. "By integrating compliance and occupational health services, we are addressing one of the biggest pain points in the industry and delivering real value to our clients."

The official launch of the integrated platform starts now and will be completed by March 30, 2025.
