TORRANCE, California—Caring Transitions, a provider of senior relocation, downsizing and estate sale services, announced the expansion of its Caring Transitions South Bay/Palos Verdes (PV) franchise. The franchise plans to extend its services to more California territories, including El Segundo, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Torrance, Lomita, San Pedro, Palos Verdes Estates, Rolling Hills, Rolling Hills Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes and the surrounding areas. The franchise, which will be managed by Tim and Heather Baker, aims to provide services that help families navigate life's transitions.
"We launched Caring Transitions South Bay/PV because we understand the overwhelming challenges that come with senior relocation and estate management," Heather said. "Having relocated three of our own parents, we experienced firsthand the need for a full-service solution to ease this process. Caring Transitions allows us to offer that vital support to families right here in the community we've called home since 1990."
Tim has a background in product development and estate sales, while Heather has experience as an associate pastor and professional organizer. Together, they intend to lead a certified relocation transition specialist team that ensures clients receive professional support. The franchise has a physical warehouse in Torrance, in which the team can provide additional services for clients with smaller or specialized needs.
"The warehouse has truly enhanced our ability to serve the community," Tim said. "It enables us to offer more versatile options for clients, from housing auction items to facilitating smaller sales, that wouldn't otherwise be possible. It's all about meeting families where they are and providing solutions tailored to their needs."
The South Bay/PV franchise will include a durable medical equipment (DME) library, which is operated by the Bakers, in effort to provide individuals access to DME like walkers and wheelchairs. The franchise seeks to help clients with every aspect of relocation, including decluttering, downsizing, packing, moving and resettling.
"We are so thrilled to see Caring Transitions South Bay/PV continue to grow under Tim and Heather's leadership," said Ray Fabik, president of Caring Transitions. "This expansion will allow us to offer our trusted services to even more families, helping them navigate life's transitions with the support and care they deserve."
