ANTIOCH, Tenn.–ClearWellness, a provider of wellness-based services and safety-focused solutions that enable seniors to remain independent longer, has launched partnerships with Family Pillars Homecare in Central and Southeast Florida and HomeWell Care Services in Mansfield, Texas.
"We're excited to partner with these home care providers and introduce our groundbreaking wellness services to their clients," said Robert Rae, President & CEO of ClearWellness. "By partnering directly with home care agencies, we are able to provide solutions that help clients remain well and independent by pairing technology with one-on-one support.”
ClearWellness offers wellness coaching and simple-to-use technology for seniors. The service includes certified health and wellness coaches who interact one-on-one with each client. The client also uses smart devices that record metrics, such as heart rate, weight, hydration, sleep quality, activity and fall detection, providing peace of mind to their family members and, ideally, extending the senior’s ability to age in place.
“The addition of ClearWellness to the HomeWell Care Services community in Mansfield, TX elevates our offering and introduces a truly life-changing service to our cherished participants,” said Eli Da Silva, one of the co-owners at HomeWell Care Services.
The partnerships includes:
- Proactive Wellness Strategy: Integration of ClearWellness Health and Wellness Coaches and smart technology helps identify potential changes in clients' general health and well-being, allowing for early intervention.
- Client-Centered Experience: Personalized wellness plans and services to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering social engagement and improving quality of life.
- Enhanced Communication: The ClearWellness Portal supports the homecare agency’s staff, along with a proprietary mobile app for families, providing greater insights into clients’ well-being.
- Staff Optimization: Certified health and wellness coaches provide an extension of frontline staff, helping reduce staff time demands and improving overall staff satisfaction. According to recent studies, the United States will require roughly 9 million more direct care workers to enter the field by 2032.
