YORK, Penn. (February 9, 2017)—As a part of a continued effort to best serve clients, agents and brokers, Glatfelter Healthcare Practice (GHP) is proud to announce that they have recently remodeled their senior living insurance program. Senior living business will transition to an A.M. Best A+ XV Carrier, who is one of the world's largest insurers and has had a relationship with Glatfelter for over 20 years.
This program remodel will target not-for-profit senior living and skilled care facilities, for-profit assisted living facilities, continuing care retirement communities, independent living facilities, short-stay residential rehabilitation facilities and senior apartments.
The insurance coverage and risk management tools are available in all cities and states except: California, Southern Florida, Philadelphia, Pa., West Virginia, Cook County, Ill., Madison County, Ill., Clark County, Nev., Atlantic County, N.J., New York City and Boroughs and the District of Columbia.
This new program will begin writing business on May 1, 2017.
