Klick will help HDG's consulting clients and managed communities meet their goals

MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota—Health Dimensions Group (HDG), a senior living, post-acute and long-term care management and consulting firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, has hired Barbara Klick as executive vice president of quality. With this position, Klick will join HDG’s Executive Leadership Team.

With more than 30 years of operational leadership experience in the health and senior care sector, Klick said she is devoted to helping HDG’s consulting clients and managed communities meet their goals. Leveraging her first-hand experience leading organizations in the health care space as a CEO and COO, Klick's leadership in quality will help push HDG’s Quality and Customer Service Pillar of Excellence, including Enrichment Beyond Expectations.

Prior to joining HDG, Klick served as the CEO of Sholom Community Alliance, a senior living management organization based in the Twin Cities, for eight years. Her resume also includes stints with Fairview Physician Associates as their COO, the University of Minnesota Physicians as their vice president of ambulatory care, the University of Minnesota Veterinary Medical Center as their medical center administrator/COO, and Hennepin Faculty Associates as their assistant vice president of operations. Klick is also a member of the LeadingAge Minnesota Quality Committee.


The addition of Klick to HDG’s Executive Leadership Team marks a strategic expansion of the group. Klick’s added skillset will allow the organization to better serve the changing needs of both HDG’s consulting and management clients. With constant changes in the industry, having a flexible and diverse team is essential for HDG to continue to serve its clients to the highest standard.
