HomeWell was named a "Best of Home Care Endorsed National Provider for 2025"

BURKBURNETT, Texas—HomeWell Care Services, a national non-medical in-home care provider, has been named a Best of Home Care Endorsed National Provider for 2025 by Activated Insights, an industry firm in satisfaction research, quality assurance and caregiver training.

The Best of Home Care Endorsed National Provider distinction is awarded to the “Best of the Best” homecare organizations in North America, according to Activated Insights. These providers demonstrate a dedication to improving client and caregiver satisfaction and an ability to deliver care that is "second to none." The recognition is based on satisfaction scores from the Activated Insights Experience Management Program.

Criteria for a Best of Home Care Endorsed National Provider:

  • Possess a minimum of 10% of North American member offices actively participating in the Activated Insights Experience
  • Management Program and maintaining their active status 
  • Sixty percen of those offices must qualify for Best of Home Care awards during the previous calendar year 
  • To be considered a national provider, the organization must have a minimum of 50 active locations in North America
