NEW YORK—Mobile Health, a provider of occupational health, wellness and compliance services nationwide, has announced the appointment of Kenneth Faltischek as CEO. Faltischek is an experienced health care executive and long-term Mobile Health advisor who will lead the company into its next stage of innovation and expansion. Todd Wolf, Mobile Health’s current CEO, will transition into the role of strategic board advisor, supporting its market expansion to rural communities and other opportunities that align with Mobile Health’s long-term vision.

“Ken is the right leader to propel Mobile Health forward,” said Bert E. Brodsky, chairman of the Board. “His deep experience in health care, strategic growth and operational excellence—along with his direct involvement in Mobile Health—positions him to accelerate our momentum. We’re grateful for Todd’s leadership in establishing Mobile Health as an industry leader and are thrilled he will continue to guide us in a strategic capacity.”

Faltischek brings more than 20 years of experience as a health care executive, leading companies through strategic growth and transformation. He has played a pivotal role in shaping Mobile Health’s strategic direction as a board member and was instrumental in formalizing the recent partnership between Mobile Health and CareConnect, a caregiver-centric human capital management platform. This collaboration has created the first fully integrated applicant tracking, health assessment and compliance solution for the healthcare industry.

“Mobile Health has a legacy of excellence and innovation in occupational health services,” said Faltischek. “I am honored to step into this role and lead the company at such a pivotal time. Our recent strategic moves—such as our partnership with CareConnect—underscore our commitment to transforming the workforce experience. I look forward to working with our incredible team to drive new innovations and expand our impact in the industry.”

Prior to Mobile Health, Faltischek served as president and COO of Sandata Technologies leading the company’s strategic growth and acquisition by Accel-KKR. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Preferred Care Home Health Services and is a board advisor to Epiphany Management Group. His investments in HealthOpX and MindsetMaps International reflect his dedication to advancing tech-enabled health care services and workforce solutions. Faltischek holds a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona.

Wolf will transition into his new role as a strategic board advisor, where he will focus on identifying and executing key market expansion opportunities.

“It has been an incredible journey leading Mobile Health, and I am proud of what we have accomplished,” said Wolf. “I look forward to continuing to support the company’s growth and working alongside Ken to ensure a seamless transition.”
