NEW YORK (May 17, 2018)—Hometeam, an in-home personal care company, announced the appointment of Randy Klein as chief executive officer. He joins the leadership team to help accelerate the company's integration into the broader health care ecosystem.
Hometeam enables value creation for payers and at-risk providers through improved health outcomes and patient-cantered experiences for frail adults. The company is focused on empowering home health aides and leveraging technology to improve care coordination.

Klein brings 20 years of experience growing and leading health care organizations. His background spans non-profit, for-profit and venture/private equity backed organizations. He has expertise in scaling organizations with home health care, long term care, technology adoption and value-based care. Formerly of Remedy Partners, a bundled payment organization, Klein is credited with building national operations that drove adoption of Remedy's technology platform at thousands of provider sites, and he recruited prospect health systems across the country.
