DALLAS—A light mobility deice that works as both a wheelchair and rollator took the top award in a close vote at Medtrade's New Product Pavilion on March 30.
The Provider's Choice Gold Award went to Miracle Mobility's 4N1 Electric Walker Wheelchair, which company CEO Dan Guthrie called "a Swiss Army knife of mobility equipment." The 39-pound device operates as a traditional rollator and a lightweight transport chair, plus it has a magnetic-drive motor that provides assistance for someone pushing a user and allows it to be used as a traditional power chair.
The Provider's Choice Silver Award went to Belluscura's DISCOV-R Portable Oxygen Concentrator, a 6.5-pound 2-liter continuous unit that comes with Bluetooth connectivity and an app that can connect it to wearable fitness devices and other monitors.
The Provider's Choice Bronze Award went to the Motif Aura Breast Pump, a wearable, discreet and quiet pump from Motif Medical, which focuses on items for the home medical equipment provider.
The New Product Pavilion, which is sponsored by HomeCare Media, features new home medical equipment and allows attendees of the show to vote on their favorites.
