NASHVILLE, Tenn. (August 25, 2021)—National Seating & Mobility (NSM), North America’s largest provider of comprehensive mobility solutions, has broadened the company’s reach in Virginia with the acquisition of Trust Care Home Medical Equipment locations in Richmond and Roanoke. The acquisition positions NSM as the largest provider of complex rehabilitation technology (CRT) services in the state.

Trust Care Home Medical Equipment was founded in 2006 by Mark Armstrong, who is retiring. Six assistive technology professionals will transition to the NSM team as a part of the acquisition.
NSM also continues to expand home accessibility offerings through the company’s exclusive home accessibility partnership with The Home Depot. Announced last fall, The Home Depot Independent Living program offers solutions to customers looking to create safer home environments.
