NASHVILLE, Tennessee—National Seating & Mobility (NSM), a North American provider of comprehensive mobility solutions, has named Crispin Teufel as chief executive officer (CEO). Chuck Bodner, who had been serving as interim CEO, will continue in his role as chief financial officer (CFO).

Teufel served as CEO of Lincare Holdings Inc. for five years and the previous five years as Lincare’s CFO. Lincare is a respiratory supplier in the country, serving approximately 1.8 million patients from the comfort of their homes.

Before his time at Lincare, Teufel served in a variety of roles for their parent company, The Linde Group, including finance director for the engineering Division from 2011 to 2013. He began his career in financial roles at PWC and Arthur Andersen. Teufel served on the board of directors of Bellerophon Therapeutics from 2017 to 2023 and is chairman of the board of the German-American Chamber of Commerce in the South. He has an MBA from Ruhr University Bochum in Germany and is a certified public accountant and a German tax advisor.
