NEWARK, New Jersey—Opera Beds, a U.K. company specializing in adjustable hospital beds and mattresses, has announced its expansion into the United States hospital bed market. The U.S. launch follows more than two decades of success for the care bed manufacturer and distributor.
The brand will offer its range of profiling hospital beds and rotating chair hospital beds to both the direct-to-consumer and care professional markets. The manufacturer said it wants to challenge existing hospital bed brands in the US, offering the lowest floor bed on the market and products proven to help with COPD.
Opera Beds will make these products available to the U.S. market:
- Fully electric, adjustable and customisable hospital beds
- Fully electric and adjustable Rotating chair beds
- Adjustable bed mattresses

Opera Beds’ U.S. operations will be managed from its new Newark-based headquarters. The brand will offer fast shipping to all states, guaranteeing a one-week delivery period on orders.
