ORLANDO, Florida (July 1, 2021)—OxyGo LLC, a provider of lightweight portable oxygen equipment, is celebrating helping more than 1 million lives. The company will host a series of exciting events throughout the year to share with its providers and employees this impressive milestone and the challenges it took to reach this point, while looking forward to future opportunities.
Since its inception, OxyGo has been producing ambulatory oxygen solutions with patients and durable medical equipment companies in mind. Whether a portable oxygen concentrator or a transfilling product from its subsidiary Applied Home Healthcare, OxyGo has now touched over 1 million patients and caregivers.
To kick off the first of the celebratory events, the company hosted a pandemic-safe socially distanced luncheon for its team members, suppliers, and community at OxyGo locations across the country. The luncheon was simulcast and featured virtual guest speakers and testimonials celebrating all the hard work and accomplishments that led to this amazing milestone.
During the luncheon Executive Chairman and Founder Dave Marquard thanked employees for their outstanding achievement and spoke of all the ways each person has helped touch a million lives.
OxyGo plans to continue the celebration throughout the remainder of 2021 while focusing on growth both within the company and the community.
“Being a family business and celebrating this milestone is incredible," said CEO V. E. Marquard-Schultz. "Our mission has always been to keep oxygen patients going, thanks to our incredible team and providers we look forward to helping another million patients.”
