The brand is inspired by children with special needs, and is fueled by the traditions of the Drive family of companies. “Inspired by Drive” joins the Columbia Medical, Specialised Orthotic Services (U.K.) and Wenzelite Rehab brands into one, and together they represent over 70 years of Pediatric Rehab experience.
“The new brand was born out of a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children with special needs and their families,” said Doug Francis, Principal and Co-Founder of Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare.
“Inspired by Drive” is dedicated to manufacturing innovative, clinically sound positioning and mobility products, designed to enhance a child’s ability to engage, play and participate in daily living.

The brand’s initial focus is on products for alternative positioning, mobility, bathing and toileting. Future plans include expansion into complex rehabilitation product lines.
The headquarters for “Inspired by Drive” is located in Sante Fe Springs, California. “Inspired by Drive” products are sold and distributed around the globe.
