EXETER, Penn. (May 3, 2017)—Based on its independence-inspiring innovations, Quantum Rehab is pleased to announce four notable additions to its Q-Logic 3 Advanced drive controls.
Launching in May, Q-Logic 3 will include:
- Infrared remote-control capabilities, allowing such household appliances as TVs, lighting, and ceiling fans to be operated through the power chair electronics when programmed accordingly.
- Mouse dwell feature, which allows the mouse emulator to automatically switch from movement to clicks when positioned over a spot for an amount of time.
- Awake feature is now programmable, so the user can select the joystick or Mode button sequence that’s personally preferred to awaken the power chair.
- All specialty controls can feature up to four programmable drive profiles.
While these features will be built into Q-Logic 3 as of May, a firmware update is available for existing systems.
