The company will showcase the Help Alert Badge

BROOKFIELD, Wisconsin—RF Technologies (RFT), a provider of life safety and security solutions and a provider in the field of Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS) since 1987, announced its attendance at the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) 2025 Conference. The event will take place from March 31 to April 1 at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center in Boston, Massachusetts. RFT is exhibiting at booth 640.

The New Help Alert Staff Protection Badge

"Our Help Alert staff protection solution helps health care facilities provide a more secure environment both inside and outside the buildings on their campus." Jeff Aulds, vice president of sales

During the event, RFT will showcase the Help Alert Badge, a wireless BLE/LoRa, 24/7 mobile staff duress solution that integrates with existing technology systems. The Help Alert Badge is equipped with proprietary radio frequency technology that enables an employee to discreetly request assistance by pressing a button, along with haptic (vibration) feedback to confirm that the alert has been sent and acknowledged.

"Our Help Alert staff protection solution helps health care facilities provide a more secure environment both inside and outside the buildings on their campus," said Aulds.

RFT's safety and security products also include the fully integrated Safe Place Solution, which protects infants from abduction in labor and delivery units. The Safe Place solution is designed to locate infants without interrupting everyday workflow, ensuring they are protected from harm and are never separated from their parents or caregivers.

"We are excited to connect with health care professionals at AONL 2025 and to share our knowledge and expertise with them," said Aulds. "With staff protection a top priority at many hospitals, our Help Alert Badge solution addresses security in the most comprehensive way, including inside and outside coverage like parking lots, accurately pinpointing the location of a person in a multi-story building with 3D-iD technology, programmable priority button, and no Wi-Fi or wiring requirements."

In addition to showcasing solutions, RFT will also host a series of presentations and demonstrations at its booth throughout the event. These sessions will offer attendees a detailed overview of RFT's technology and its potential to enhance safety and security in health care facilities. RFT is also an Exhibit Hall Giveaway Sponsor.

RFT has provided safety and security solutions to facilities for more than 35 years and is dedicated to improving the safety of facilities worldwide. To learn more about RFT and its solutions, visit booth 640 at AONL 2025.
