COLUMBIA, South Carolina—RSi, a revenue cycle management service provider exclusively serving hospitals and health care systems, has been named a 2025 Top Workplaces USA national award winner.
The Top Workplaces program, with a 15-year history of surveying more than 20 million employees, recognizes the top organizations across 60 markets. The Top Workplaces USA award honors organizations with 150 or more employees that have built strong workplace cultures. Over 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the 2025 survey. Winners are selected based solely on anonymous employee feedback, measured by Energage's research-driven survey, which evaluates 15 Culture Drivers proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.
"Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees," said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. "That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they're allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends."
Brent D. Rollins, CEO of RSi, who was recognized with a Top Workplaces Leadership Award in 2024, emphasized the company's commitment to culture and purpose.
"At RSi, we attempt to align our vision for the future with a workplace that employees are proud of—one that fosters positive experiences and a supportive environment where teammates want to come to work," Rubino said. "Earning a national Top Workplaces award, as well as ranking in the 'Top 100' for our size category, is a testament to the path we're on."
