IRVINE, Calif. (May 8, 2019)—Jet Health, Inc., a leading regional provider of home health services, announced today the acquisition of First Choice Home Health and Hospice, a Boise, Idaho-based home health and hospice company. The acquisition marks Jet Health’s foray into the hospice arena.
SHOREVIEW, Minn. (April 11, 2019)—Maxwell Healthcare Associates (MHA), a home health and hospice consulting firm, announced tremendous company growth led by tripling its year-over-year top-line performance. In the last year MHA doubled its customer base, more than tripled its consultant count, added new partners and broadened its service lines.
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (April 3, 2019)—Encompass Health Corp., the fourth-largest provider of Medicare-certified skilled home health services, will buy the assets of the privately owned Alacare Home Health & Hospice.
The companies announced the deal on April 1; the terms were not disclosed. Birmingham, Alabama-based Alacare operates 23 home health locations and 23 hospice locations in Alabama and generated about $117 million in revenues last year.

(December 14, 2018)—WellSky, a health and community care technology company backed by TPG Capital, has acquired Consolo Services Group, a provider of fully-integrated, web-based IT solutions for the hospice and palliative care industries. Consolo offers WellSky an entry point in palliative, adult day and memory care markets.
ATLANTA (December 17, 2018)—Brightree, a provider of cloud-based software helping out-of-hospital providers improve business performance and patient outcomes, announced it has acquired privately held mobile delivery and cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider Apacheta Corporation, further expanding the SaaS portfolio of Brightree’s owner, ResMed.

SAN DIEGO (December 4, 2018)—ResMed, a provider of cloud-connected medical devices and out-of-hospital software-as-a-service (SaaS) business solutions, announced it has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Propeller Health, a digital therapeutics company providing connected health solutions for people living with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma.
CHULA VISTA, Calif. BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (November 13, 2018)—Numotion announced its acquisition by an affiliate of AEA Investors LP. AEA acquired controlling interest in Numotion from LLR Partners and Audax Group. LLR Partners has reinvested in Numotion as a minority shareholder. The private equity firms are partnering with Numotion’s existing management team to help fund the company’s continuing growth initiatives. Harris Williams & Co. served as financial advisor to Numotion.
LIBERTY LAKE, Wash.
