A homecare human resources leader saw the writing on the wall: high renewals year over year, recruitment and retention issues, an aging workforce that didn't take care of themselves and the constant struggle to balance cost with quality when it came to health benefits. The solution? An individual coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) that allowed them to reimburse their employees for health insurance rather than getting locked in an expensive group health plan. The HR hero delivered savings and control to the C-suite and flexibility and personalization to their diverse workforce.
Listen to a home health peer discuss the challenges they faced, how they engaged their broker and made the decision to switch to an ICHRA, and the benefits they are still seeing today.
