Pride Launches New Mobility Scooter

Pride Mobility announced the new Pursuit 2 mobility scooter on Monday, Aug. 7.

According to Pride, the Pursuit 2 is "built to handle adventures and outdoor terrain."

The mobility scooter has a cruising speed of 9.3 mph, a per-charge range of up to 40 miles and pneumatic tires.

"We've designed the Pursuit 2 because adventures shouldn't have barriers," said a Pride press release. "Thanks to outdoor-friendly pneumatic tires, the Pursuit 2 effortlessly navigates everything from concrete sidewalks to low brush fields to provide a one-of-a-kind experience."

The Pursuit 2 comes in orange, matte gray and black.

• Memory foam seat with 6 inch slider
• Adjustable tiller with USB charger
• LED lighting
