Trinity3, a diversified health care holding company, has created a new Healthcare Development Division to move the company further into DME, consumer health and orthopedics markets. As part of the initiative, the company has brought on Jeffrey Willman, who has a background in new health ventures, as the division's director.
Trinity3 purchased soft goods distributor Skyline Orthopedics last year.
