Dinak Nair was appointed as chief executive officer & aims to further company growth

CHERRY HILL, New Jersey—Advantage Healthcare Holdings, a patient-centered health care provider, announced its board of directors has named Dinak (Dino) Nair as its chief executive officer (CEO). Nair assumed leadership of the company from the prior CEO, Ryan Tong. Nair aims to further the management and operations of the company’s comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facilities and sleep centers.

“I am excited to join the Advantage family and lead the company in our continued growth, building on the positive energy that has been established,” Nair said. “I look forward to collaborating closely with our team to execute initiatives to drive improved patient outcomes through greater access while delivering value to our customers and stakeholders.”

Nair has more than 20 years of business experience and more than a decade of leadership in growing businesses in the health care market, especially in homecare, home medical equipment, diagnostic laboratory and health system partnerships. Before this role, Nair served as vice president (VP) and general manager of the health systems operating division at Labcorp. Additionally, Nair has served as senior VP at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care and as VP of operations at AdaptHealth. Nair holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Sacramento International University and a Master of Business Administration from the Tobin College of Business at Saint John’s University.
