DALLAS—Axxess, a global technology platform for health care at home, announced the appointment of Channda Douglas as VP of people, a position that intends to bolster the people team of the organization. Bringing nearly 20 years of talent management and human resources experience, Douglas aims to promote the company’s culture.
“Channda’s extensive experience in all aspects of people development and her proven track record of success make her ideally suited to strengthen our employee engagement,” said Tom Codd, chief operating officer at Axxess. “She will play a key role in cultivating the Axxess way as we continue to grow and scale our business globally.”
Before joining Axxess, Douglas served as the founder of CLD Solutions, in which she worked to provide corporate and individual clients with consulting solutions. She had previously spent 15 years at Price Waterhouse Coopers in various leadership roles, wherein she helped create and execute talent management initiatives.
