Carlsbad, California—Breg, Inc., a provider of orthopedic bracing and support solutions, announced that Steve Ingel has been promoted to President, effective immediately.
Since joining Breg in 2023, Ingel has played a role in the company's growth and strategic direction. He brings experience in the global orthopedic and durable medical equipment (DME) industry and executive-level management across various functions. Ingel's leadership has focused on streamlining operations and driving growth across all aspects of Breg's commercial functions, to improve Breg's market position.
Prior to joining Breg, Ingel demonstrated a commitment to his customers and the DME market, advancing product technology and the workflow solutions needed to improve patient experiences. With more than 30 years in multiple businesses within orthopedics, Ingel draws on his know-how and taps into a network of experts within the space to quickly assess situations and apply the proper solution to the challenge at hand.
